Outside Sales Representative

SWi, LLC is actively seeking a vibrant outside sales representative who enjoys meeting new people. This full-time position is for someone who has excellent communication skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals. SWi, LLC is more than just a fencing company. We cater to all types of commercial and residential fence installation, as well as automatic gates. We have an unrivaled reputation for quality installations and excellent customer service among a loyal base of customers in Wyoming and surrounding areas.

We are a family business. The Olson's have been providing quality service since 1994. Brothers Mark and Carl founded the company, and their brother Alan joined them recently as a new co-owner. We continue to grow and add new locations throughout Wyoming and surrounding areas.

A Day in The Life of an Outside Sales Representative

As an outside sales representative, you have the opportunity to use your fantastic communication skills to build lasting relationships with our clients. You get to meet new people and work in a variety of locations as you travel to meet with customers. You listen and evaluate our customer's needs, as you provide support and professional consultations. You provide them with estimates, design plans, and proposals based off of engineered plans. This position requires you to work closely with our project managers and installers to ensure these projects are being completed accurately and efficiently. You make cold calls when necessary. You continue to give ongoing support to clients even after the sale is through in order to ensure that they are satisfied with their installation and to provide more assistance if needed.


  • Proven sales experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Construction background
  • Background in master service agreements (MSA)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
