Here is what you need to know to become successful:

  • You need to dedicate most of your week week initially to cold calling

  • 2 years of sales experience or a bachelor's degree
  • Already have your real estate license or are close to completing your licensing

We encourage all candidates to consider a realistic financial path of how they will get through the first year (approximately) of learning the business, as you will likely not collect any commissions during that time.
