Our Albuquerque commercial real estate firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing:
Plan, coordinate and direct marketing efforts from start to finish
Conduct competitor research
Transmit potential leads
Create promotions with Manager/Advisors
Create and implement a marketing budget
Develop and manage advertising/email campaigns
Build brand awareness and positioning
Organize and drive company conferences and events
Oversee social media marketing strategy and content marketing
Present marketing updates and requirements
Design:
Maintain a strong understanding of print/digital arrangement, size, typography, color and aesthetics.
Plan concepts by gathering information and materials
Illustrate concepts and copy
Develop mockups/templates for approval
Operate typesetting, printing, and similar equipment
Coordinate with outside agencies and purchase marketing materials/ads from local and online vendors
Complete preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions and calling for repairs
Maintain technical knowledge by researching practices; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
Web:
Optimize online content and mange/apply site analytics
Produce and obtain new, interesting and appealing content and copy
Source images and artwork and commission photographers and videographers
Perform site maintenance and ensure information is current and accurate
Address blog, contact and career page submissions
Fix site errors
Social Media:
Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
Monitor SEO, user engagement and optimize content
Trace valuable social media performers
Manage and respond to social media posts and commentary
Measure and track campaign success
Maintain knowledge of best practices and technologies
Ensure content is informative and appealing
Communicate with industry professionals to maintain a strong network
Adhere to rules and regulations
Photography/Videography/Editing:
Plan shoots beforehand
Coordinate time and location with client/colleague
Ensure equipment is present and working
Capture video/photography on location
Edit footage, logo, text and sound in post-production
Maintain a file naming system
Create data backups
Upload and distribute media to various platforms
Data Entry:
Obtain and sort documents for data entry
Enter data into database software and proof to ensure accuracy
Resolve discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents
Test/study new database systems and software updates
Respond to information requests

Management:
Organize virtual meetings and manage CRE databases
Coordinate company conferences/lunch and learns
Order and distribute event food and supplies
Manage external complaints and queries
Prepare, proof and revise contacts, letters, presentations and reports
Utilize, install and update software
Contact and schedule IT personnel
Organize and update induction materials for new employees
Initiate recruitment efforts and relay resumes
Organize and maintain shared drive
Arrange interviews
