Marketing Director/Office Manager

Seeking qualified person for a full time position of Marketing Director and Office Manager. Applicant must have excellent communication skills, time management, attention to detail, organized and a self starter. Our office culture requires this individual to be a friendly and energetic professional that doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently or with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible, and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.


  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Proficient with InDesign, Photoshop and other marketing software/platforms that creates flyers, proposals and marketing materials for commercial real estate.

  • Ability to manage marketing for multiple brokers with the ability to organize a multitude of tasks.

  • Create social media calendar and implement social media platform for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and website.

  • Create monthly newsletters for Company and several others.

  • Organize Lunch and Learns (1-2 per month), including scheduling speaker and organizing attendees and food for the event.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations, procedures, and policies.

  • Efficient in hootsuite and a quick learner with computer based systems.

  • Able to coordinate with IT on office equipment and assists Brokers in minor computer issues.

  • Provide general welcome and support to visitors.

  • Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and marketing presentations for monthly sales meetings and organizing the monthly sales meeting, including speakers and presentation of new listings and monthly reporting of sales and leases.

  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the office operations.

  • Responsible for recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees.

  • Actively participate in the planning and execution of company events outside of the office.

  • Manage, track inventory and order office supplies.
