General Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrive on time and ready to work at the start of each shift.
Greet customers in a friendly manner and prepare food items in a timely fashion according to the menu and/or customer requests.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area; practice proper food handling, food safety, and sanitation standards to ServSafe requirements at all times.
Demonstrate a complete understanding of our menu, ingredients, and the process in which our food is prepared in order to communicate with and educate customers.
Ability to use the cash register to perform card and cash transactions to complete customer purchase.
Openly communicate with and assist other employees on various aspects of the job in order to maintain our teamwork-centered atmosphere.
Complete opening and closing duties in accordance with approved SOP.
Report any health and safety concerns or violations immediately to management.
Maintain a professional appearance and excellent grooming standards compliant with the Atarashi Dress Code.
Perform other related duties as delegated to by Regional Manager.
