Job Description

We are seeking a Business 2 Business Customer Service Representative to join our exciting  team! You will be responsible for making follow up contacts and  helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues such as shipping, logistics and gathering technical issues of the customer and solve them with hardware inventory; We are Agriculture Sciences company focused on indoor high quality hydroponic LED lights, we are growing fast with Clean Technology solution for the booming Cannabis industry; 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Follow up contacts to customer needs to book Sales meeting and Executive follow-ups;
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
