Service Technician - Door / Window

Sun Windows & Door, LLC. has an exciting opportunity for a skilled window and door service technician on high-end luxury residential and light commercial projects throughout southeastern Florida. The service technician ‘s job is to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operating products. To be considered this service tech must have window service and installation experience.

DUTIES:

• Establish rapport with customers and jobsite superintendents and provide excellent Customer Service

• Conduct service calls on both new construction and existing projects.

• Assist the installation division with daily installation functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have previous service and installation experience in windows and doors.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more and be in adequate physical conditions to maneuver construction job sites.

• Must have a valid driver's license with at least 3 years US driving experience with an acceptable record.

• Bilingual skill in Spanish is a plus.
