Houston Area Account Executive

Job Summary:

The STS Group Sales Team continues to grow. STS Group is searching for an Account Executive to add to our growing group of professionals. Do you understand great customer service, love cultivating relationships and have a passion for technology? This may be your opportunity to join an incredible culture! This position requires travel, focusing on clients located in the Houston area. We are currently the leading provider of physical and electronic security equipment, ATM's, and Branch Automation equipment in the Southeast. Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Manage Customer Relationships
  • Initiate and Develop New Customers
  • Prospecting
  • Communicate with Customers, Sales Team, and projects
  • Promote STS Products & Services
  • Solution Oriented Sales

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic/Advanced computer skills
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent driving record
