We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our commercial buildings range from multi-family to multi use. With contracts that are forecasted over the next 3-5 years, here you will be guaranteed steady, full time work with a company who will invest in your growth.

What We Offer:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 to $25.00/hour
• 2 weeks of PTO and 6 paid holidays

What Will I Be Doing As A Skilled Laborer?

• Completing repairs for drywall, doors, stucco and concrete
• Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
• Assist various tradesmen with their projects
• Handle and transport materials; cement, scrapes and equipment
• Putting up signs; signposts, cones
• Setting up and transferring temporary structures; scaffolding
• Reporting issues with equipment or unsafe conditions

Skilled Laborer Requirements:

• Recent experience in residential/commercial TI, remodel/addition repairs
• Metal Framing/Stucco is a plus 
• Understanding of basic math, comfortable reading/writing English
• Willingness to learn and grow in your trade
• Reliable Transportation

Job Site Locations: Downtown LA, CA

Schedule: Monday-Friday 

• Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
• End Time: 3:00am- 6:00am depending on project
