Established Monmouth County Defense Firm seeks quality, well-organized, motivated Legal Secretary. The ideal candidate must have 5+ years experience in insurance defense litigation and be a self starter. Knowledge of Pro Law and Legal Billing a plus.
You will be responsible for scheduling attorney appearances, setting deadline reminders, maintaining case files and inputting data into our system. The ideal candidate should be familiar with drafting & formatting legal documents and other correspondence, such as engagement letters & motions.
- 5+ years of administrative experience in Defense Law
- Record of ethical conduct and ensuring client confidentiality
- Excellent research, communication, and organizational skills
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office and legal software
