Step Up is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative who will stand out and create exceptional sales and customer service experiences with new customers! Our team has invaluable experience that sets us apart from our competition.

  • > Account Management

  • > Electronic Payment processing
  • > New customer signup process
  • > Collateral Management
  • > Return customers and reorders

Entry Level Customer Service Requirements:

  • > 0-5 years experience is idea (entry level opportunity)
  • > Must be able to start immediately
  • > Degree preferred but not required
  • > Must be able to commute to Hoboken
  • > Must be professional with articulate speech
