Commercial Account Manager or Associate Account Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager or Associate Account Manager (depending on experience).

Job Purpose:

We earn our success by protecting assets of business clients through property & casualty insurance policies.

Duties:

• With a growth mentality, we evaluate potential risk exposures and craft customized insurance solutions, record asset values and liability limits and suggesting appropriate policies.
• Renew existing client accounts by reviewing policies and making updates and recommendations to improve insurance programs.
• Maintain customer records by updating account informatin in paperless file system.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern; selecting and explaining the best solution to sovle the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Work in a team environment.
• Skills/Qualifications: Current P&C Insurance License preferred.

• Associate (Preferred)
