Customer Service and Sales Representative - Part Time
As a part-time Customer Service and Sales Representative, you are responsible for sales and customer service to ensure high-level customer experiences with our Fortune 500 marketing team. You will investigate and track customer experiences, questions, and concerns in a consultative approach, which may require up-selling and following up with customers to ensure satisfactory order completion. To do so, you will assist customers with ordering and pricing questions, and articulate an extensive knowledge of our Fortune 500 line up products. When needed you will care for and escalate urgent issues to the Manager for a fast and complete resolution, including aggressively rescheduling and re-selling customers who are at risk of loss.
Elevate the culture of service through outreach initiatives. Contact customers via phone, record and communicate negative feedback to Manager.
Interact with account managers to discuss their individual customer’s needs and concern, both positive and negative.
Interacts with account managers on a continuous basis to provide feedback about their customer's experiences, utilize recognition programs to highlight outstanding employee service performance.
Stays abreast of current products and promotions and helps maintain installation calendar.
