Star Performance Marketing is looking to hire a Client Success Manager to join their Digital Marketing team! This person will work with our digital team, the agency accounts, and advertising initiatives for our clients to ensure client success!

Client Success Manager – Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet with our clients regularly and report our digital performance
  • Review digital marketing reports and performance for clients
  • Prepare recommendations for clients for digital marketing in ad spaces
  • Analyze opportunities for optimizations, and suggest changes in campaigns for client success
  • Communicate projections of projects to clients and ensure that results meet client expectations, and manage project lifecycles to ensure timely completion of deliverables within client budgets
  • Ensure all client and campaign information is current and in the company’s CRM
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout campaign duration which includes: addressing and resolving issues, sharing status updates, providing required reports, etc.
  • Lead digital presentations to our existing clients as well as introduce digital products to new clients through presentations and in person meetings
  • Present recommendations and results to agency and clients in a manner that shows competence and inspires confidence
  • Proactively monitor campaign performance and suggest or illicit adjustments for optimal performance
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client business, past and present, in order to build stronger go to market plans
  • Keep in contact with ad agencies/ spaces to provide the most success for clients
  • Foster and maintain relationships with digital consultants, partners, and other leaders in the digital advertising field
  • Other duties as assigned

Client Success Manager - Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must have extensive knowledge of digital advertising technologies
  • Strong communication experience
  • Experience with digital advertising tools and platforms is essential
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously within a collaborative, team environment
  • High school diploma or GED/ experience equivalent
  • Google certification or other digital certifications are encouraged
  • Experience in client-facing, customer success role within the digital marketing or programmatic advertising space
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Understanding of online marketing and web metrics
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook, Email Marketing systems, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and more
