Job Description

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments, services and special events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests and vendors and verify completion of work
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Errands such as grocery shopping, taking dogs to vets/ groomers, etc. 
  • Perform all other home and office & tasks
  • Manage and see through special projects

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Experience in Real Estate
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Able to work with large breed dogs with ease
