We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments, services and special events
- Greet and assist onsite guests and vendors and verify completion of work
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Errands such as grocery shopping, taking dogs to vets/ groomers, etc.
- Perform all other home and office & tasks
- Manage and see through special projects
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Experience in Real Estate
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to work with large breed dogs with ease
