Title: Licensed LCSW Clinical Supervisor Division: Weber Community Center
FLSA: Exempt Supervisor: Division Director

Under the direction of the Clinical Director a Licensed LCSW with supervisory and clinical experience to provide oversight and clinical leadership to the clinical team and staff. Participate and provide support and oversight of internal and external audits along with developing clinical processes for the divisions and protocols for the division. The Clinical Supervisor will provide direct supervision and group supervision to unlicensed ASW’s and MFT Interns, on a weekly basis. This will include clinical and administrative supervision. The Clinical Supervisor/PEI manager will also perform Quality Assurance tasks such as approving all clinical notes and other Department of Mental Health (DMH) paperwork work such as Client Care Coordination Plans and Assessments. The Clinical Supervisor/ may also clinically and administratively supervise MSW students MFT Practicum students and interns as needed. The Clinical Supervisor will manage the Evidenced Based Practice’s utilized at Weber/SSG. The Clinical Supervisor will also train Staff on MAP, Seeking Safety and conduct the TFCBT consultations
Assist with providing administrative and clinical supervision of interns and register clinicians.
Supervise clinically and administratively unlicensed ASW’s and MFT Interns on weekly bases. Write off on hours to be collected for Licensure.
Review, correct and approve clinical notes in the EXYM system
Review, correct and approve Client Care Coordination plans and Assessments in the EXYM system
Supervise clinically and administratively MFT Practicum and MSW Students as needed. Write off on hours to be collected for Practicum.
Assist the Clinical Director with chart audits as needed.
Help train staff on developing appropriate goals and outcomes used on the Client Care Coordination plan.
Manage EBP’s used at Weber/SSG, which includes gathering outcome measures and CANS to report these outcomes to the County.
Maintain a client caseload of 2 clients weekly.
Ability to train in MAP, Seeking Safety and conduct TFCBT consultations
Assist Division Director with the supervision of the intake coordinator.
Other duties assigned by Division Director
Ability to attend PEI meetings through DMH as needed.
Holiday, weekend, and 2 late days work may be required
Minimum Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
LCSW or LMFT with four years’ experience post licensure
Ability to supervise ASW’s and MFT interns, per BBS requirements.
Four years of Quality Assurance experience with Department of Mental Health paperwork
Knowledge and experience with DMH EBP’s
Four years of experience with an Electronic Medical Record software
Four years of post-license experience in teaching and training staff on Department of Mental Health paperwork.
Verification of employment eligibility and background check required
Valid California Driver License, proof of auto insurance and reliable transportation required
Cleared TB test
Regular attendance required
CPR/First Aid Certified
Non-Essential Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bilingual Spanish preferred
This person will clinically and administratively supervise unlicensed ASW’s and MFT’s and MFT Practicum students as assigned by the Division Director.
Environmental Conditions (Working Conditions)
This person may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time, a high noise level and exposed to highly aggressive clients, in an office environment.
This person typically spends time sitting, standing, walking, driving, carrying (max. 20lbs), listening and speaking.
This person must be adaptable to constant distractions, interruptions, uncontrollable changes in priorities/work schedules; be able to process information, think, and conceptualize.
