Director of ICF Services
Duties: Under the supervision of the Assistant Executive Director, the Program Director of ICF Services will be responsible for the management oversite of the ICF (Intensive Care Facility) Department. Duties will include the administration of health and medical services and policy/procedure development for the ICF Department. Will supervise Residential Coordinators, Q.I.D.Ps, and all ICF employees.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree required from an accredited College or University in the field of Social Services or related field. Masters Degree preferred. Person-centered experience in developing programs and demonstrating compliance with State polices, required. Must have a minimum of five years' management experience. Professional experience in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities required. Must have a valid TN, AR, or MS drivers' license.
