General Manager

SRV, a Venetian inspired neighborhood restaurant, is seeking a General Manager to join their team. A 2017 James Beard Award Semi-finalist for Best New Restaurant and Boston Magazine’s Best Italian and Best Restaurant Wedding Venue in 2022, SRV focuses on modern interpretations of classic Venetian/Italian dishes. SRV’s beverage program features an all-Italian wine list and an Italian-cetric bar program. In addition to our nightly dinner service, SRV is proud to offer a myriad of event offerings and enjoys celebrating major personal and professional milestones with our event guests. The General Manager role is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant. They should have an innate sense of hospitality, empathy and humility coupled with a desire to lead. Our team is the secret to our success. The General Manager is a key piece to the wellbeing of our team at large. Ideal applicants are organized, detail-oriented and passionate about hospitality and service. SRV’s management team is extremely hands-on and its General Manager plays a pivotal role to its success both in planning and execution. Throughout the years SRV has worked hard to build and retain a devoted group of regular guests. General Manager candidates thrive when fostering new guest connections and strengthening previously existing ones. The General Manager works closely with the Events Manager to execute all events, from weddings to corporate dinners. SRV is a challenging yet rewarding restaurant that takes a self-motivated individual to lead it successfully. Previous management experience in a similar role or style of restaurant is required.
