Description of Role:

SRI Telecom is seeking an experienced Project Manager with relevant technical project experience to contribute to all areas of expertise with various cross functional project teams. You will assist OSP Design Engineers with tracking, reporting and key metrics to help them understand production and milestone status for 100's of projects. Using your strong Excel knowledge, you will download current milestone data from workflow tools and process the information to help you engineers know where they need to focus to keep the projects moving. You will even present your data and your dashboards to upper management.

Your technical inclination and your strong desire to establish process will help you shine in this role. You will quickly understand the flow of the project and how the teams interact to accomplish the work at hand.

  • Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
  • aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
  • Develops new business and expands product line.
  • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
  • Manages customer complaints, identifies the causes of customer dissatisfaction, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, and manages projects to improve the customer experience across all channels.
  • Oversee the development of customer experience measurement programs
  • Responsible for developing enhancements to customer satisfaction.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • Must be able to speak to your experience managing many fast-moving projects concurrently.
  • Must be able to speak to your experience driving projects to completion.
  • Must be able to speak to your experience keeping project calls on point and squashing rabbit holes.
  • Must be able to track and report on milestones, what is a risk of missing and why.
  • Must be able to speak to your experience managing large amounts of data in Excel.
  • Must have strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized, detail oriented and personable.
  • Certifications: PMP, 6 Sigma, etc. will be considered first
  • Requires a bachelor's degree
  • At Least 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm in a hybrid office environment. In office Tuesday-Thursday

This position pays an average of $40.48/hour, depending on experience.
