The Administrative Coordinator I will coordinate and perform a diverse set of support tasks, focusing on a high level of customer service with both internal and external customers.

Pay Range: $16.00-20.00 per hour
Duties/Responsibilities:
Interacts with customers via telephone, email or in person to provide support
Ensures appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ concerns
Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
Processes and applies customer payments and refunds
Assists in preparation of deposits, ability to reconcile transactions for deposit
Adaptability and flexibility to learn new technology platforms
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent communication skills including active listening
Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Administrative or customer service experience required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
