Sprious is seeking a high-energy, well-organized, and compassionate Customer Account Manager to assist our customers with their needs, as well as developing & nurturing relationships with our existing users.

For the position itself we have some basic requirements (see below), but we are looking first and foremost for a culture and values fit. Provide timely assistance to customers who contact us via our various support channels
Gain an in-depth knowledge of all of our products and services to provide quality assistance where it is needed
Contact existing customers regarding upgrades, cancellations, or other account concerns
Serve as a representative for all of our product lines, armed with in-depth knowledge of each unique offering
Build and maintain contacts, pipeline, and workflows in our CRM platform
Drive creation and development of additional support channels
Serve as a sales liaison between the Customer Success team and the Sales team
Proactively reach out to customers based on segments (primarily based on revenue impact)
Work on QBR (quarterly business review) content and presentation materials
Follow up with top tier customers on marketing initiatives
Monitor activity in key customer accounts
Review support interactions and CSAT data
Follow up on NPS responses
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and client relationship management with demonstrated success in the following areas:
Maintaining existing relationships and accounts
Upselling, cross-selling, and engaging with inactive customers
Consistently communicating in a professional, customer-focused manner
Listening to customer needs and asking thoughtful, probing questions
Personable - you will need to be able to work with all customers with dedication and empathy
Highly organized - we are data driven and constantly working to improve our processes, and want you to help us do so
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
High personal integrity and character
A passion for making customers successful
Experience with CRM platforms is desirable, but not required
This is not a remote position - we are seeking a candidate that is able to work in the Lincoln, NE office for this role.
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
