Job Description

Job Summary: At SPAR, we're on a mission to help clients scale and grow by continually innovating and delivering great Customer and Employee experiences.  We are seeking a dynamic, collaborative Agile Project Manager with Consulting experience to advise, plan, and lead project teams to implement and sustain a variety of cloud solutions for CRM and Contact Centers. Projects may range from complex initiatives tied to a specific business unit or for enterprise-wide projects. Ideally looking for analytical, organized multitaskers with strong business acumen and knowledge of consulting practices.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Project Management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in hybrid organizations/projects in a Consultative environment
  • Play role of PM and Scrum Master/Coach on multiple projects 
        • Comprehensive knowledge of the practices, procedures and principles of Project Management
        • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies
        • Playing a consultative role to put in place the appropriate people, process and tools for the project to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
        • Ensure each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution
        • Encourage a sustainable pace of throughput with high levels of quality for the team
        • Coaching members of the team as needed to optimize the efficiency of the project delivery
        • Support the Engagement Lead in managing customer expectations for project deliverables and managing stakeholder communication
        • Hold Preplanning Meetings to understand, comprehend, plan and execute a project’s goals and expectations 
        • Prepare and distribute project progress reports
        • Manage project risks and flag them in a timely manner
        • Project delivery both on-time and within budget constraints

        Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

        • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, Information Systems or Engineering
        • Minimum 7+ years overall PM experience, 3+ years Consulting experience
        • Experience managing CRM/Contact Center/Salesforce projects 
        • Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
        • Experience with Consulting organizations as well as Matrix organizations
        • PMP or CSM certifications preferred 
        • Enthusiasm for the mission of SPAR
