Job Description

Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; and providing information.  Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Other duties may be assigned. To achieve this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Respond to customer inquiries

·         Answer high volume incoming and outgoing calls

·         Process credit card transactions

·         Handle and resolve customer issues

·         Complete call logs and reports

·         Flexibility is a MUST

·         Willing to learn new skills

·         Upbeat attitude

·         Good at multitasking

·         Decision making skills

·         Dependable team player

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OR EXPERIENCE

·         Communication skills - verbal and written

·         Listening skills

·         Problem analysis and problem-solving

·         Data collection and ordering

·         Must know how to use Microsoft Outlook

·         Adaptability

·         Initiative

·         Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:   This position requires a minimum education level of: High School diploma or General Education Degree

EXPERIENCE:   This position requires a minimum experience level of: 1- 2 of years’ experience

COMPUTER SKILLS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:  This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.
