Several of our Tier 1 sales clients have asked us to add experienced headcount to our high performing sales teams during Q4 so they’re trained and ready to deliver sales results right out of the gate in 2023.

- We are looking for experienced candidates to use their high value selling skills to meet service to sales customer retention targets
- You’ll retain customers at risk of terminating their service and reward loyal customers by reselling the value, features and benefits of our client’s amazing products and services
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and thorough knowledge of our client’s products and services to resolve requests and retain accounts
- Engage customers by phone and create interaction experiences where customers end their call Happy, Satisfied and Feeling Valued
- Earn some serious monthly bonus payouts!
You’ll be a Great Fit if you are:
- Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills allowing you to communicate ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
- Sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months – 1 year of sales experience – knowledge with up-selling, win-back, and renewals are an asset
- Intellectual with a deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
- Problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
- Self-motivated and can complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
- Eager with a willingness and desire to receive coaching and mentorship from our amazing Trainers, Team Leads and OM’s
