We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
· Handle administrative requests and inquiries from our clients.
· Organizing and scheduling shipment of our finished products
· Performing general administrative and clerical activities with MS Word and Excel. QuickBooks experience will be an advantage
· Act as the point of contact for clients
· Receiving and processing purchase Orders
· Providing support for the management.
· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
