Location: Bethpage, New York, Day 1 onsite
Duration: 6+ months
Work hours : 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST
Business Analyst responsible for the creation of documentation for existing and proposed business processes/requirements, facilitation of sessions with Stakeholders and project team. This role will work closely with all levels of operations team to maintain and prioritize new feature requests, test tools/website and identify bug fixes with an emphasis on improving the interactions between Altice USA and our customers from the customers' perspective - and across the entire journey they have with our business.
