SMB Team is looking for an agency leader that can take our industry-leading digital marketing agency from $20M in ARR to $256M in ARR over the next few years.

We need someone who KNOWS how to get 90%+ annual renewal rates by over-delivering on promises for clients at scale. That means you know how to lead teams & processes that:

  • Ensure Quality Assurance
  • Meet Deadlines for all Client-Work
  • Produce Visually Stunning Digital Assets for clients
  • Gets Great Client RESULTS, Through GREAT Strategy + Execution

Your direct reports would be our SEO Leader, Website Leader, PPC Leader, Video Leader, Social Media Leader and CRO/ Design Leader.

  • $150K - $240K (commensurate with experience)


  • 5+ years experience leading the agency function of a digital marketing agency with:
    • Employee range: 100 - 1,500
    • Revenue range: $40M - $300M
    • 12-month contracts & a 90%+ annual renewal rate

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the high level comprehensive strategy for our clients and oversee its implementation through the department leaders
  • Create/modify all agency processes for efficiency and to deliver products and services on time for our clients
  • Oversee all client builds/projects to ensure we are achieving our QA standards and meeting all deadlines to provide a WOW experience for our clients
  • Coach and train department leaders as well as all department contributors, to build the overall knowledge and experience of our team
  • Oversee the services department budget, optimizing our offering to clients while maintaining a profitable service
