Dental Lab - SH & REC/Customer Support Representative

Job Responsibilities: Shipping and Receiving Receive, unpack, disinfect and process incoming laboratory cases. File and entry lab cases into the lab management system (LabNext). Distribute cases internally for timely processing.
Verify and maintain records (with LabNext) on incoming and outgoing lab cases. Prepare cases for delivery by sorting into the proper route bin for the drivers. Customer Service Provide information to clients in response to inquiries about products and services.
Address and resolve client concerns and requests. Coordinate with drivers and technicians as needed to ensure accurate information is given to clients regarding case progress and status.Competitive hourly wage + paid vacation, paid holidays, Health Plan and 401 K retirement plan.
