This position is primarily responsible for building and maintaining the network platform for the company. The Manager of Sales will seek out new relationships and maintain existing relationships to promote SIPMD and meet targeted goals. Position includes coordinating complaint resolution within our network and executing action plans for quality improvement of operations. Also coordinating with assisted living networks/associations, Recreational centers and contributing to action plans for quality improvement of operations. Oversight of contracted sales agents and internal employees as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
The Operations Manager will be required to attend a minimum of 60 minute Status Meeting every week as scheduled and agreed upon by key team members involved.
Compiles lists of prospective Nursing homes, Group homes, Assisted Living, & Skilled Nursing Facilities to market and present SIPMD Services to residents. Coordinates marketing via sales agents.
Collaborate and compile a list of marketing & other professional groups ( Recreational centers, Assisted living associations, AZ health care association, Etc.) to coordinate brand awareness & marketing efforts.
Establish new contracts for specialty services such as but not limited to Covid Testing and Telemedicine
Assist with preparation of marketing materials, presentations.
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals and promote SIPMD core values and commitment to the community.
Serves as the coordination bridge between client and external partners.
Provide action plans on how to meet/exceed expected goals with reporting analysis.
Ensure platform database records are maintained on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Investigates and resolves customer problems with services provided.
Must be extremely personable, have a lot of patience, and excellent communication skills.
Develop workflows for key processes outlining the proper process with total quality management continuous improvement.
Coordinate development of SOP for key processes and maintain revisions quarterly.
Sales and Marketing (Healthcare preferred)
Knowledge of senior population
Experience with senior living/assisted living associations, Recreation centers
Have exposure to technical skills (able to use Gmail and Google related products, meeting via teleconference)
Demonstrates critical thinking, creative problem solving, organizational skills, time management, utilization of appropriate lines of authority, and responsiveness to crisis situations.
Experience in working with healthcare professionals at all levels: Physicians, PA’s, RN’s, MA’s,Case Managers, Social Workers, etc.
Sales and Marketing with Recreational centers, health care centers, real estate
Event planning and coordinating experience
Experience in working with medical care homes at all HIGH levels: Assisted Living associations, Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation Care, Group Home, and Personal Care Residences.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or other related field; or equivalent experience in the Healthcare field.
Experience with assisted living associations, recreational facilities, owners of Group homes
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Apps
Understanding of business contracts
