Job DescriptionSinjin Texas develops, manufactures, and supplies automotive interior and exterior plastic parts. Parts include side handles, cover-fog lamps, grille radiators, molding doors, hood tops, nozzle windshield washers, spacers/lamps, side mirrors, doors/fillers, garnish upper products, garnish license plates, handle liftgates, cap wheel alloys/wheel covers, spacer/extension covers, and other automotive parts.The Production Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Sinjin manufacturing facility. production activities, including oversight of team members, and monitor performance levels of each team member Lead and coach employees to achieve the safety, quality, production, and all other key performance indicators of a fast-paced work team Ensure all company safety policies and safe work practices are followed to ensure the safety of self and others Facilitates employee, training/orientation, task, development, and performance evaluations. Administers corrective action as needed Provides training and education on specific tasks and company-related functions. Proven successful track record in managing, motivating, and building teams Enforce plant safety regulations and encourage employees to become safety conscious Build relationships with internal departments to produce a superior product, resulting in satisfied customers Interface with team members daily and act as the first line of command in resolving problems and maintaining efficient, orderly workflow.
Compliance with all required Employment Laws and OSHA regulations and policies Adherence to product and customer specifications Monitor work in process to maintain quality throughout the production phase Review documentation for accuracy, and appropriate signoffs Troubleshoot and correct process parameters to assure a quality product that meets customer specifications. Perform routine mold maintenance and safety checks on equipment. Proven experience maintaining injection molding machines Ability to effectively train department associates in all tooling and positions available in the injection molding department.
Monitor equipment and processes to detect problems affecting quality and efficiency; make appropriate adjustments to correct.
