Position Overview

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sr. Manager of SaaS Product Marketing is a key role responsible for all aspects of product marketing, including positioning, pricing, packaging, content creation, and sales enablement. In this role, you will partner with Executives, Sales, Product Management, and the rest of the Marketing team to refine strategy, drive growth and delight customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Accelerate the growth of revenue and profits through:

  • Developing a deep understanding of SIMCO’s customers, competitors, and industries
  • Engaging with customers and supporting sales proposals and renewals
  • Clarifying product positioning and tailoring to target markets & personas
  • Honing SaaS marketecture, modules, and pricing with the CCO and CEO
  • Creating compelling content for every step in the customer journey
  • Partnering with Product Management to evolve the product roadmap

  • Optimizing SaaS packaging, pricing, and roadmap


 Education / Experience /Training / Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS/software product marketing … or 3+ years of hands-on experience with an MBA or with time at a Strategic Consulting or Banking firm
  • Success in marketing to any of the following is a plus:  global life science manufacturers, aerospace & defense contractors, manufacturing organizations, or quality organizations.


Working Environment

Mixed: work-from-home, in Silicon Valley headquarters, and frequently visiting customers
