Job Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: DISA (Cloud)

Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Required

 The Senior Program Manager is responsible for the onsite day to day operations of the contract and direct management of onsite team.  

Job Responsibilities:    

Ensuring all contract deliverables are met on time and to SHR’s quality standard.
Financial management of the contract.
Developing and administering internal processes with onsite team as required to ensure successful execution of the contract.
Managing risks to include appropriate notification to government officials.
Overseeing escalation of issues and managing through to a resolution.
Contract level reports to the government to include daily status reports.
Developing Program Management Plan for the work in scope of the contract to be executed.
Developing and executing a Risk Management Plan.
Presenting deliverables, discussing progress, exchanging information, and resolving emergent technical problems and issues.
Operating as single point of contact for government officials.
Ensuring all onsite team members adhere to the policies and requirements of the contract to include annual training requirements.
Responsible for obtaining appropriate CPAR's
 

Skill Requirements:

10 years’ experience in project and program management.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in program management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
 

Education:  

Bachelor’s Degree or higher   
PMP certification or equivalent certification.
