Oversees all front desk duties, billing and daily functionality of a busy Cardiology practice
Assists physician(s) with license, insurance, malpractice, contracts, schedules, etc
Ensures office maintains positive relationships with all patients, employees, physicians
Determines priorities, allocates and utilizes resources to maximize efficiency and quality.
Maintains weekly payroll time sheets as per compliance regulations.
Assures that office complies with all laws and requirements that apply to the practice and that all employees are trained in proper procedures and are following the regulations.
Creates reports to help understand the health of the practice
