Customer Care Representative -
Well established DME provider of home respiratory services and medical equipment; including sleep apnea, negative pressure wound therapy, urological, ostomy, oxygen therapy, inhalation therapies, diabetic and/or enteral products. We provide home medical equipment and supplies to patients in the home, assisted living locations and nursing environments. Full or Part-Time Hours Available.

Responds to telephone, fax inquiries and orders from referral sources and patients.
Maintain appropriate documentation received with orders and conducts follow-up.
Verify Insurance eligibility and benefits.
Obtain written Authorization for medical treatment from approved sources.
Verify Insurance information for accuracy, resolves discrepancies as needed.
Obtain clinical information needed for accurate order processing and reimbursement.
Resolve patient complaints, identify solutions and implement.
Absolutely No Cold Calling or Sales Required.
Incoming / Outgoing – Scheduling deliveries and shipments.
Business Casual Atmosphere
Maintain a good attendance record
Education or experience equivalent to a high school diploma is required.
Minimum 1-year Call Center experience
Adhere to all regulatory compliances and HIPAA regulations.
