Customer Service Representative: Work From Home - Online - Top Culture

Job Description

Our company is looking for a couple of motivated, energetic people to add to our team. Since the pandemic hit, we have been receiving more requests than we can handle - and now we need a couple more awesome people to help take our in-bound client requests.

We have a proven system, industry best training, and a unique opportunity for someone looking for more out of their profession. Our CSR's role is to respond to client requests by phone, gather basic medical information, and select one of our products that best suits the client's needs. We then meet with the client online to explain the product, and to apply them for it. Our average agent makes about 10 hours of calls per week, and meets with clients online for about 20 total hours.
