Clients contact us from all over the country requesting information and pricing for different types of insurance. Our CSR's job is to listen to the client's specific needs, do some basic research based upon their health information, and assist the client in completing an application (in-person). You will only be speaking with people from your local area, and these are in-bound requests. No cold calling is required.
This can be done in either a full-time or part-time capacity, and can be scheduled around your own availability. Most full-time reps report an average of 35 hours spent working per week, with 10 of those hours being on the phone - and 25 of those hours meeting with local clients. Some of the information we gather is sensitive in nature, and it is also critical that clients understand what they are getting, so meetings must be taken in person. Driving is required, though the distance you will drive is your own choice.
No experience is necessary to start with us, and we have a proven training system which will guide you to success. We have former teachers, construction workers, warehouse personnel, garbage collectors, you name it. What is important is that you have a positive outlook, a happy voice, and a passion for helping people.
