Job Description

Our Food Distribution Company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable Specialist/Office Admin to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Offering full benefit package.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Customer records
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties
  • Answer Phones
  • Take Customer orders
  • Check in Driver daily paperwork
  • Sending Customer Weekly and Monthly Statements
  • Filing invoices
  • Reviewing accounts with customers.
  •  

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and excel.
  • Internal Computer systems (Training provided)
