Job Description

Administrative Assistant needed for management company in Warren, MI. This is a part-time position with the potential to lead to full-time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Three years in an office setting is preferred but not required OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Data entry
  • Ordering supplies and equipment
  • Scheduling meetings and phone calls
  • Other duties as assigned
