Job Description
Administrative Assistant needed for management company in Warren, MI. This is a part-time position with the potential to lead to full-time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Three years in an office setting is preferred but not required OR any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Job Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
- Data entry
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Scheduling meetings and phone calls
