New Business Development1.     Cultivate strategic new accounts for long term recurring business.2.     Secure agreements with potential high revenue clients for response to large loss emergencies.3.     Drive new business by obtaining online reviews and testimonials. 4.     Grow customer base by identifying prospects and cultivating relationships with routine contact, including visits and events.  Existing Account Management:1.     Manage relationships with established accounts to expand volume in existing and new services.2.     Establish regular follow-up with existing customers regarding customer satisfaction, networking activities, and referrals. 
Customer Service:1.     Perform intake activities for customers with new losses during regular business hours and after hours to coordinate response.2.     Determine Customer expectations and prepare a quote that meets these within Company guidelines.3.     Ensure Customer Satisfaction throughout the job process.4.     Resolve Customer issues promptly and courteously, with critical thinking and attention to detail. Team Support and Development:1.     Work with team members to drive successful social media and other online marketing efforts.2.     Attend daily Team meetings as necessary to share job knowledge, customer concerns, and upcoming scheduling information.  Pay RateCompetitive base plus performance based commissions, bonus, and other incentives.  SERVPRO of Leawood/Overland Park is an EOE M/F/D/V employer Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
