SERVPRO is a national fire and water cleanup and restoration company devoted to excellent customer service, fairness, and mutual respect. As part of our nation-wide response system, the SERVPRO Disaster Recovery Team (DRT) travels to any area of the United States and Canada to assist in the recovery and cleanup after large catastrophes such as hurricanes, regional flooding, or tornados. We work closely with insurance, municipal, commercial, and industrial customers that experience fire or water damage, storm damage, mold damage, or other types of property disasters. Our goal is to make the damage Like it never even happened.

This is a full-time position with competitive salary plus benefits.
Requirements:
All employees of a SERVPRO Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO Franchise. This franchise has been family owned and operated since 1996 and continues in the family with over 100 teammates in the Detroit and Saginaw areas. SERVPRO Franchise employees are not employed by, jointly employed by, agents of, or under the supervision or control of Servpro Industries, Inc., the Franchisor, in any manner whatsoever.

Requirements:
- Perform production processes following SERVPRO production guidelines per work order per Project Manager / Lead Technician directions.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with Project Manager and other Technicians (especially regarding customer needs and concerns).
- A proactive and positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Devoted to integrity, honesty, and empathy toward colleagues and customers.
- Extremely adaptable to changing tasks and schedules.
- Ability to work well in a Team Environment
- Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
