SELCO Community Credit Union

Why Work Here?

SELCO offers an excellent work environment and competitive compensation and benefits.

SELCO Community Credit Union is a not-for-profit consumer cooperative that was established in 1936 when local school teachers and school employees pooled their funds together in a shoe box to offer each other loans in times of need. For more than 80 years, SELCO Community Credit Union has worked to develop life-long relationships with our members. We realize how important credit unions are to the economic success of not only individuals but entire communities. With a network of branch offices located throughout Oregon, SELCO provides service to more than 141,000 members locally, nationally and worldwide. We now serve 26 counties in Oregon. Our members count on us for anytime, anywhere access to their accounts through a variety of convenient, no-cost account services, including online banking, phone banking, online loans, bill pay, electronic statements, no-surcharge ATMs, and much more. SELCO is owned by its members. When you join, you become an owner, and as an owner you're entitled to the best service we can offer. Members elect volunteer directors to oversee the management and development of the credit union. The elected Board of Directors appoints an independent Supervisory Committee to ensure that the credit union operates at the highest professional standard.
