Location: Remote in Qualified States: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Texas.
Technical Support Specialist
Solugenix s looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills to join our help desk. We provide technical support and over-the-phone troubleshooting for computer hardware and software.
This position comes with $12.50/hour plus shift differential. We are primarily looking for afternoon and weekend availability. We will provide all the training and equipment you need to succeed in this position!
We provide technical support for custom point-of-sale software, hardware, network communications, Windows 7, Office, Exchange and SQL over the phone, or through remote management delivering high customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Answering inbound calls or emails and troubleshooting issues through to resolution
- Provide accurate documentation for all caller incidents
- Following up with the customer on open issues
- Escalate advanced help requests as needed
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork behaviors and ability to work within approved processes
- A general background in desktop support and network communications
- Comfortable with Windows O/S, Linux, Office, Exchange, SQL
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and research skills with the ability to take ownership of a problem
- Ability to support customers with various knowledge levels
- Type 35+ WPM
