POSITION – Technical Customer Service Rep
JOB LOCATION – Waukesha, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Contract-to-Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – $20-22/hour
REQUIRED EDUCATION – HS Diploma or Equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 1-3 years technical support experience
Under the direction of the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Technician provides the best customer satisfaction to the organization's customers by providing telephone support services to the dealer network and end use customers. You will serve as an experienced contact to assist with problem resolution, questions and quality customer service. In this role, you will work closely with other technical team members, provide troubleshooting and provide clear and complete documentation of user problems and requests. This position is required to consistently model the highest levels of support professionalism to dealers and end users and is an example to the rest of the customer service center.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as open orders, service logs, diagrams and procedure manuals
· Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees
· HS Diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years related TECHNICAL support experience
· Detail oriented
