Position – Transportation Specialist
Job Location – Green Bay, WI
Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift, 8am- 5pm
Starting Pay – $18 - $20 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – At least 2 years of sales, logistics or customer service experience
Responsibilities
Provide extraordinary customer service
Provide solutions for transportation customers
Manage customer loads from start to finish and develop relationships with 3rd party vendors
Qualifications
Minimum of HSD, Associates degree or higher preferred
Minimum of 2 years of Inside Sales, Logistics or Customer Service experience is required
Able to communicate effectively and professionally
Work independently and within a team environment
