General Laborer

Position – Entry Level Press Operator/General Labor 
Job Location – Cedarburg, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Regular, Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shift (10 hour, 4 day week)
Starting Pay – $18

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Prior manufacturing experience is a plus 
 
As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for loading metal materials on a press and ensuring production of quality parts. This position could be in an individual or team environment, depending on the size of part being produced. You will also be using hand tools to file, clean and deburr the parts. 
 
Responsibilities
Operate punch and draw presses
Inspect and package parts
Run jobs as outlined in job instruction sheet or routing
Other duties as assigned. 
 
Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for a 10-hour shift and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis. This is a physical position.
- At least six months of machine operation is preferred but not required
- Excellent attendance and ability to work overtime. Transportation may be available from Milwaukee for 2nd shift.
