POSITION – Customer Care Rep I
JOB LOCATION – Fond du Lac, WI
STARTING DATE – 8/7/2019
EMPLOYMENT TERM – 8/7/2019 - 2/4/2020
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – Must be available to work 9:30am - 6:00pm or 11:30am - 8:00pm
STARTING PAY – $13 per hour
BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous experience in a call center preferred but not required
- Receive inbound telephone calls or paper and electronic claims from members and providers
- Resolve issues for members, providers, group administrators and brokers
- Analyze the situation and complete research to ensure no rework or follow-up issues
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be able to sit at a desk all day
- Make a positive impact and connect with callers
- Must be dependable and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must demonstrate ability to listen effectively, use probing skills to obtain relevant information and establish rapport quickly with customers and co-workers
