Cable Technician

We are seeking a Cable Installer to become an integral part of our team! You will design and configure data communication systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Strong income potential for a dedicated technician that is self-motivated, over $1,000 - $2,000 a week

***Must be able to perform labor-intensive duties. There is manual labor included in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Complete residential or commercial installation of broadband services.

• Provide customer education of services and verify all client-owned equipment is operational

• Adjust voice and video configurations to minimize communication disruptions

• Perform basic installations, disconnects, reconnects, service upgrades and downgrades, and relocates for residential single-family, multi-family and/or multi-dwelling units

• Integrate various company services ( VIDEO - INTERNET - TELEPHONE ) with customer's equipment

• Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions
• Order and maintain inventory stock supplies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in telecommunications, construction, electrician electrical engineering, or other related fields
• Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

***Must be able to pass a background check
***Must have a valid driver's license
