Our Company has a full time opening for a Senior Building Service Coordinator. Must be dependable, compassionate, organized and a strong multi-tasker. The Service Coordinator will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: welcoming new residents and explaining to them the residents' services program; identifying, assessing, selecting, developing and maintaining referral partnership relationships with local services resources agencies, working with the property management team, establishing resident services program, targeting, identifying and assessing individuals and family needs when appropriate. A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Counseling is preferable. Must have at two years of experience working with an elderly population. Demonstrated working knowledge of supportive services and other resources in the area served by the project. Demonstrated ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and provide results for the residents they serve. Bilingual English-Spanish.
