Installation Coordinator/ Operations Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Work with the Installation management team closely to ensure a successful field installation at all locations
Review all job surveys and understand what each line item means
Work with our parts department and general warehouse to be sure we have all materials needed based on the survey results
Work with external contractors to meet deadlines
Review installation parameters and schedule jobs accordingly based on the job size
Communicate effectively with our customers on installation dates
Communicate effectively to the customers to ensure all installation deadlines are properly met.
Build and distribute reports as needed for installation activities
Track and monitor travel
Track productivity and track volume of installations and be able to report on it
Assist Director of Service and Operations with daily functions and administrative items
Requirements
Energetic and Motivated Self-starter
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Strong proficiency in Google Doc, Google Sheets, GMail,
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
