SDxCentral, a B2B tech media and software company is in search of a Client Service Manager. As a member of the client success team, you will provide the highest level of service to our clients while coordinating with our sales team to encourage increased revenue and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for project managing campaigns, ensuring accurate and timely execution using best practices and initiating basic website setup; campaign creation, tracking and reporting.What you'll do at SDxCentralThe following are the core activities that the Client Service Manager will perform-note that each Client Service Manager may be assigned a subset of the responsibilities listed, and roles may rotate between different Client Service Managers as needed to balance the workload and adapt to each team member's unique strengths.

Management 40% - Program fulfillment 30% - Direct client communication via phone, video and email 15% - Collaborate with sales and renewals and increases sales opportunities 15% - Process improvementClient Management Conduct new client onboarding activities for new and returning customers, including establishing campaign timelines, deliverable due dates and clearly communicate expectations Engage with at risk clients as needed to confirm campaign performance and next steps needed to remedy campaign performance Set deadlines and coordinate with clients to obtain key campaign assets Maintain client records and communication in CRM system Support client service issues and oversee resolutions Monitor campaign performance and regularly review reports and program performance with clients Conduct regular campaign review calls to collect client feedback and improve products and processes Serve as subject matter expert on SDxCentral product offerings and clearly communicate benefits to the clientOperations Management Collaborate with sales on renewal process to increase sales and decrease sales time to close Delegate tasks accordingly to ensure all actionable tasks are completed on schedule, meeting quality standards Work with in-house contract writers and content team to coordinate creation of content assets Enable and track campaign analytic metrics, adjusting campaign or seeking assistance when results are sub-par Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to prioritize and develop new processes to accommodate new product offerings Test and QA campaign content Serve as the main point of contact for general inquiries to various email aliases and coordinate internal resources to ensure timely and appropriate responses to our readers Support sales team in recommending correct product mix to clientsWho you are Proven self starter who can manage multiple workflows and active client programs Passionate about personal growth and overall company growth Impeccable organizational and project management skills with an attention to detail that is second to none Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities to be proactive and identify, prevent and resolve campaign risks Ability to plan, create and manage a calendar and schedule Ability to work independently and is not afraid to identify and remedy gaps in processes Creative problem solver - finding innovative ways to get things done Sufficient technical background to understand & appreciate key differences in product offeringsRequirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or other related field 3+ years in customer management position Experience establishing repeatable and efficient processes Passion, knowledge and understanding of customer satisfaction and success Excellent written and spoken communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels Ability to thrive in a multi-faceted, fast paced environmentBenefits Competitive salary Matching 401(k) Medical, dental and vision 3 w
